One's thoughts usually turn to spring in South Dakota, especially in late April. The main concern this of this shopper, however, who left Vermillion's Hy-Vee Food Store with two bags of groceries Friday afternoon, was to get to his car as quickly as possible. A winter storm, with strong winds and big, wet snowflakes, made outdoor work and travel miserable in the area.
